By accepting our written quote you agree to the terms contained within that quote. These are also shown below.
Final payment is due in full upon the satisfactory completion of the website. A final invoice will be issued at this point. If the final payment is not received within 15 days of invoice issue then Case Marketing reserves the right to close the website until full payment is received.
The quote submitted has been calculated on the work required to complete this project. If further work is required beyond the original proposal, then an additional fee may be charged. This will be agreed with the Client before the extra work is undertaken. Please note that this quote is valid for 90 days from the date shown.
Cancellation
If a Client cancels mid-project the Client will be liable for the time and effort expended and expenses incurred up to that point.
Images & Copyright
If the Client provides images or wording for the website then these are the sole responsibility of the Client regarding copyright legislation. Should any legal issues or claims arise from the content or of any images supplied by the Client, Case Marketing will not be liable in any way. Please always use your own photographs and wording at all times. If this is not possible then please ensure you have written permission granted from the copyright holder to avoid potential copyright infringement.
Unforeseen Circumstances
Case Marketing cannot be held responsible if unforeseen circumstances affect the completion of the project. However all reasonable steps will be taken in order to complete the project such as the use of our other professional web-designers in the event of an emergency.
Whilst every endeavour will be made to ensure that the website and any scripts or programs are free of errors, Case Marketing cannot accept responsibility for any losses incurred due to malfunction, the website or any part of it. Case Marketing cannot be held responsible for anything adversely affecting the Client’s business operation, sales, or profitability that might be claimed is a result of a service or advice provided by Case Marketing.
